Coming from Rainmeter, the setup time difference is the main thing. I had the layout I wanted in about twenty minutes instead of a weekend of editing config files. Widgets I actually use are all in the free plan.

My side monitor used to show Discord and Spotify. Now it runs a calendar, weather, task list, and a clock I designed myself. Same screen, different role in my day.

The pages feature means I keep one layout for work and another for weekends. During the week I see my calendar, standup timer, and task board. On Saturdays it switches to music, weather, and a reading list.

CPU, GPU, RAM, network, all on a strip at the bottom of my screen. I stopped opening Task Manager a dozen times a day. The sensor accuracy is what I was hoping iCUE would give me.
