License Agreement
The terms of your Monitor Flows usage license.

1. Grant of license
Monitor Flows grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on your personal devices in accordance with your subscribed plan. The free version allows use on an unlimited number of personal devices. Paid plans are tied to a single user account.
2. License types
Free: unlimited use with 15 widgets, 3 pages, and 5 themes. No account required. Pro: access to all 50 widgets, unlimited pages, all themes, advanced integrations, and multi-monitor support. License tied to an individual account. Max: all Pro features plus custom widget creation, CSS injection, API access, and priority support. Per-user license.
3. Restrictions
This license does not authorize you to: (a) copy or reproduce the application beyond what is necessary for normal use; (b) distribute, rent, lend, or sublicense the application; (c) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software (except for custom widgets authorized by the Max plan); (d) remove or alter intellectual property notices; (e) use the application in a commercial production environment without an appropriate license.
4. Custom widgets and API
Max users may create custom widgets using the provided API. These widgets remain the property of their creator. Monitor Flows is not responsible for the operation, security, or compatibility of user-created widgets. Widgets shared through the community are subject to a Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 license unless otherwise specified by the author.
5. Updates and maintenance
Minor updates and security patches are included in all licenses. Major updates (major version changes) may require license renewal for paid plans. Users will be notified in advance of any major version changes.
6. Duration and termination
The Free license is granted for an indefinite period. Pro and Max licenses are valid for the duration of the active subscription. Upon non-renewal, the application automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your local data and configurations are preserved.
7. Limited warranty
Monitor Flows warrants that the application will function substantially in accordance with its documentation during the term of your license. In the event of a substantial defect, your exclusive remedy is correction of the defect or proportional refund. This warranty excludes issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party software, or non-compliant use.
8. Open source and attributions
Monitor Flows uses open-source components under various licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD). The complete list of dependencies and their respective licenses is available in the application via Settings > About > Open source licenses. Use of these components is subject to their respective licenses.
9. License transfer
Licenses are not transferable between users. When changing devices, you can deactivate your license on the old device and reactivate it on the new one through your account settings. Each license allows simultaneous activation on a maximum of 3 devices.
