Terms of Service
The rules governing the use of Monitor Flows.

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Monitor Flows, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of service
Monitor Flows is a Windows desktop application that allows you to display customizable widgets on your desktop. The application is available as a free version (Free) with basic features, and as paid versions (Pro, Max) offering advanced features.
3. User accounts
The free version does not require an account. Paid plans require creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Plans and pricing
Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be changed with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your choice. VAT and applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
5. Free trial and cancellation
Paid plans offer a free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are granted for the remaining period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application; (b) attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the software; (c) use the application for illegal activities; (d) circumvent licensing mechanisms or feature limitations; (e) share your license with unauthorized third parties.
7. User content and community
By sharing layouts or configurations through the community feature, you grant Monitor Flows a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the application. You retain ownership of your creations. We reserve the right to remove any content that is inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Monitor Flows, its source code, design, icons, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. The application and its documentation are the exclusive property of Monitor Flows. Custom widgets created by Max users remain their property.
9. Limitation of liability
Monitor Flows is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to: data loss, business interruption, or damages caused by third-party integrations.
10. Updates and modifications
We may release application updates including fixes, improvements, and new features. Some updates may be mandatory for security reasons. We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice via in-app notification.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your machine is not affected.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec, Canada.
